The First One Hundred

WHY start the programme?
The first three months of a new manager’s appointment are the most difficult, especially if it is their first managerial role. Caught between a yearning to remain “hands on” in their specialist area whilst trying to cope with the demands of new responsibilities, it is a leap that few are able to manage on their own without becoming stressed, with their performance often suffering as a result. This programme provides support as they find their feet, with an objective sounding board to bounce ideas and queries off.
There is no definite content to this programme; it is for the individual to decide what they want to achieve.
